I have built my TE as a pure speed reciever. Here are some things I am looking for
1. The team CANNOT be a casual team. I was on a decent casual team last season, but given the low control one has in gameplanning, my TE often was forced to block in the run and pass game, leading to reverse pancakes and low morale.
2. On a similar note, I want a team that really understands how to use custom depth chart slots. Ideally, I want a team that knows how to set up the inputs such that I won't have any blocking responsibilities.
3. I don't need to start, but I don't want to be a strictly special teams player. Let me know how I will be used.
4. I look for teams that have great management. This is usually proportonal to wins, but not nessesarily. Showing the forums can often show a well run team.
