I have an account from a while back that had some decent levels and items if somebody wants my account, but I don't remember my username and they don't have a tool to find that out, only a password reminder. I sent an email regarding "forgot username" to their support and they replied back with "how are we supposed to know your username if you don't know it?". LOL
