He is currently lvl 24 but he has 3 boost remaining this season so he will be lvl 27 by the end of this season then I will boost him to 30 at the begining of next season. I have built him to be balanced. He has tw full sets of equipment (one for speed and one for throwing) His first year he led his team to a championship mainly as a rushing QB, year two he passed more.
