depends how many shopping tokens you have and plan on acquiring. it may take a good 3 or 4 rolls to get a better piece, of course that's only if you're unlucky.

Personally I don't buy any advanced equipment that doesn't add to my SA tree. It is more expensive but well worth it in the long run. They also don't pop up untill around the third season. Then they start to show up more frequent.
