Also I'd slow down on the catching and put more points into speed. Unless u want him to be a pos. WR. Then more points to strength and jumping

First you need to know what type of WR your going for. Your also not working to caps. Add to that that your actually building a K, and I'd say your slightly befuddled.

Read some of the guides and start again.
