2 year day 40 deals are okay, if you expect them to be starters. What they need most is EQ money- $3.8million for Peck, $3.2million for Murdock, $5.3million for Baracus (that's not a typo) and $4.2million for Hannibal. I know that's a lot of cash, which is why 2 year deals, minimum salary and a promise to deliver however much EQ money you are willing are okay.

Owners/recruiters: please ensure your DC understands their builds and is prepared to utilize them properly. If he understands their builds, approves, and will use them properly, then send offers and PM.
