At what level should I start placing points in SA's for kickers? Right now I have a level 11 kicker.

IMO, no set level. However, never spend on SAs before Kicking and Confidence are higher than you'll spend SP on them.

My general plan:

Kick to 77
Conf to 73
Vision to 68
Agility to 68
Big Boot/Calm Nerves to 4
Strength to 68
BB/CN to 6
