For quite some time now, it has been up & running successfully. The GLBOC is the Owners Association you've been longing for, one with the right amount of dedication to actually succeed. We will be working in cohesion with both Steven(this forum) and the GLBPA, to acheive a better tomorrow.
We're the 'flip side' of the Players Association, formed to create a public standard in the way Teams are operated, help fight for an end to unjust team gutting, poor treatment of players, broken promises, etc, put some 'force' behind legit & quality suggestions for improvement to the game. Keep both Owners and Players informed on who the GLBOC considers to be 'bad for business' in terms of team operation. We also are there to help other owners that may not be as experienced with Team Finances, builds, AI, etc, to teach other owners. Our purpose, what we do, is very extensive.
Our Mission Statement
Goal Line Blitz Owners Coalition is in existence with the sole intent and purpose of assisting Goal Line Blitz team owners in creating an environment of true and fair competition for everyone, and the advancement of GLB.
Our mission and our cause is to promote positive progression within GLB, create balance between players and owners, in cohesion with the GLBPA, and ensure quality ownership throughout GLB. The GLBOC is here to assist all owners in resolving issues that you as an owner feel are important. The GLBOC is also here to assist you in the mechanics of BEING an owner.
The GLBOC encourages positive leadership & operation of teams, it does not however encourage or support the wrongful doing of owners, or anything deemed ‘bad for business.’ In order to ensure the integrity of the GLBOC, it is necessary for those involved to be individuals that also have similar beliefs of standard. Within the GLBOC, no one should ever feel ‘lesser’ than another because of lack of experience, lack of time within GLB, the quality or level of a team, or any other such reason. The Coalition is here to uplift and assist owners and within it, all owners are and should be viewed as equals.
The GLBOC is here to assist you the owner in resolving issues that you the owner feel are of importance. The Coalition will always remain a neutral Party, affording all owners the same rights and respect. The process in which an owner is deemed ‘bad’ is a sensitive and careful process, to ensure it’s justification and truth.
The Goal Line Blitz Owners Association is here for you the owners and will always support and defend all members to the utmost of it's ability, barring that there is no justification for alternative action. While the Goal Line Blitz Owners Association is designed to defend the rights of players, we willing accept inquiries from players to help them in player/owner conflicts, however we also greatly encourage you to first make your inquires with the GLBPA if you are a player. The primary support from the GLBOC is dedicated to owners, however as stated above, we are here to uphold and encourage fair play throughout GLB and will do what we can to help ANY member of GLB with issues whether you are a player or an owner.
