Tank Okoye is looking for a new team for this upcoming season.

I'd prefer a cap 28 team (non-casual).
Tank has 797 broken tackles over his first 3 seasons.
He is a decent HB, but needs a good FB to protect him. Tank's numbers would have been significantly better this season, but the FB he had in front of him had no speed or vision. Tank essentially took on LBs by himself on every play.
All Tank wants is a team that has a good O-line and FB, and a team that is willing to utilize Tank effectively. Tank can return kicks (check out his KR/PR stats two seasons ago), but doesn't have a ton of stamina to be a feature back AND KR/PR.
I'd like to be a starter, but I'll take a backup position on a team with a solid O-line and FB over a feature spot with poor blocking.
I have all of my level 24 upgrades, but I am currently searching for my AEQ, so I might need some EQ funds for that whenever I find it.
