What I'm looking for:
A team that missed the playoffs last year. If you made the playoffs, don't send an offer, I will just reject it, you already have the players in place to make it there, and I want to help a team out that is struggling.
I would like to have him return kicks and/or punts, but not a necessity to sign him.
It would be a bonus if you could pay for 2 pieces of 32 equipment, that's all he's missing.
He does not have to start, but if he's not then it would help out alot if you would let him return kicks and/or punts, just trying to get him on the field as much as possible if he's not one of your top guys.
If you can sign both of these guys, it is a major plus to me signing with your team, league and cap level don't really matter, but I will give preference to teams that are under 38 cap.
