For the more serious ones... I've been active in this game since season 3 and have been and OC/DC/Scout/Recruiter/Owner and have worked in practically every league from the Pee-wees to the pros

for the less serious ones... i love to have fun !

We can't work on it right away; Bort hasn't even implemented Position Coaches yet.
