He's not really performing this season due to being outleveled by 10-20+ levels, but that's really no excuse. The only excuse I have is not being played at DE a lot, but on ST's.

What do you think about him.. Any good? What does he need, is he on the right track to fame or early retirement? I have Never Give Up as a VA because he used to be all into speed/agility, so I'd get pancaked a lot, atleast 10 times a game, so I thought it'd be worth something. Also - his equipment isn't upgraded fully, I could get agility to 100, but can't upgrade my last 3 pieces.
Training strength and tackling, was training tackling and jumping.
Is it just a poor build, or is it just being outleveled/played in the wrong position that makes him not perform like I'd want him to?
He is the lowest member of the team, with the team's average starter being close to 55 (still 10+ levels ahead of him.)
