Some would disagree but I prefer to at least 3rd cap strength (I like 4th capping it). Once you do this, move over to Carrying to at least 1st cap then go to Confidence to 1st cap. I believe you'll see that Strength might be hitting either 4th cap (if you 3rd cap it) OR 5th cap (if you 4th capped it). Then get both Speed/Agility to 1st cap.
I think the breakdown will be like this (at the end of each season, including boosting):
1st season - Strength (67), Carrying (35), Confidence (30)
2nd season - Strength (70), Carrying (50), Confidence (50)
3rd season - Strength (73), Carrying(54), Confidence(54), Speed (49), Agility (40)
4th season - Strength (75), Carrying(61), Confidence(61), Speed (55), Agility (50)
The above are just estimates, so I maybe right or wrong on the numbers. I maybe close but you'd be the judge.
By the way, equipment is either all Strength OR all Speed OR half speed, half agility. It all depends on what you want to do with equipment. You'll have 20 equipment points to allocate by your HB's 4th season (estimate to be past LV32) plus 6 if you add CE. So you can have 100+ Strength that is if you go all Strength OR 70+ speed if you go all Speed.
But with regards to intense training, do intense training on Strength/Carrying for at least one season before moving on to Carrying/Confidence. You intensely training Carrying/Confidence for at least one season too. After getting this done, move over to Speed/Agility for two seasons.
