My only regret from this build is pulling the trigger too early on SAs, but then again with return specialist its not a HUGE deal to pull a little early on SAs.

Yeah, I'm considering retiring him and starting fresh because I started too early on SAs. It was a damn good roll too, I'll have to try again.

Move all your eq to speed and you might be ok.
