I just rolled my 2nd powerthru piece today and was wondering is it better to have a powerthru and a 5% break tackle piece. My powerback is lvl 26 so he has time to upgrade if he keeps looking.

I'd go with the 5% and 1 powerthru. Long term goal would be to have powerthru at 8+ total and a 5% break tackle piece.
