With slow WR's and good HB's and FB's I would set the slider to the "open man" side.
-7 worked well enought to hit the back out of the backfield and the occasional open WR
for our team this season. Very few picks, and less sacks then when the slider went the other way
into the + numbers.

If you have a good O-Line, you can never go wrong with going deep into Route Run. I've got a great line and I set mine to 40 Route Run and I get deep completions all the time. Just make sure your build can take it.

True but if your WRs are slow, CBs will follow them and never be open for the long ball. But in general if you have good O-line, +20~+30 is good.
