You must have excel since its the program that runs it. You do not need to know how to use excel but it will help a lot. I will show you how to take the program and change the teams to fit your league.
The initail set up takes about 30 minutes to an hour but after that each game only takes a few minutes and its all done by clicking a few buttons for the most part.
