about to be capped for my lvl

+3 agility +2% Avoid Fake

But Since I got seemly pretty good AEQs this guy is going for the long run upgraded AEQ so I should have time for a third but I double clicked on a shopping token training when I was doing it to get another skill point before a big game for us and I got these 2 on the 2 rolls.
So which one should I keep and upgrade here is the choices
+2 blocking +1 strong base
+2 speed +1 sticky hands
So I'm lost on which to get, I was leaning to the strong base since it will help him with an important SA since he is a main STR/minor agil DT but the sticky hands has the speed points which are really important and could be good for drop back DT on the 5 wide.
