Chris, (thought I would answer you in my new shiny GG thread 
) We have brought on some help in the form of the ominous jdbolick. 
We had a real bad DC that I gave a shot in the beginning of the season, he was fired, then we brought on djmerly who is a hell of an up and coming DC in this game. And recently we have been working with jdbolick who is a great tactician. Partnered with some adjustments on builds, and settings - we have evolved some.
All I can say is watch out to our last two opponents.

Yeah, but we used them all for Overtime Killer, because that is such a rad VA.

Man, I am happy about that, Fazool was a great dot early in his career, and starting this season he was getting dominated. I was set to retire him, but with an EQ adjust and a few other adjustments he has really become a legit DE.
Thanks for the props guys, I am hoping to end this season on a good note.
And as far as that DC we fired, I was very surprised, because he went to great lengths to get a shot on my team. And I have been around this game for a long while, and have never seen a worse effort from a coordinator.
djmrely and jdbolick on the other hand are two of the better coordinators I have met in this game.
