that's a question for the ages...
How much strength is enough? OR, how much makes you a force that no one can block?
OR how well does a Str and Agility DE work, given you have the time to get Agility up to a certain level...
If an LDE, you will hear every person say somethign different. I feel strength is more important there as you do get double teamed AND more runs seem to go to that side.
I like a High strength, but not too much to the determent to agility and speed. My str DE go through blockers pretty quickly, but they still need the agility to accelerate and speed to catch running backs or make the sack.
I dare say LDE's may have a lot of variability as many people swear an agile LDE at 110 agility is just as good as a LDE at 100+ strength, if not better. Both break blocks like there is no tomorrow, but at least the agility guy can catch the running back or get to the sack faster (with high speed of course).

you can easily take str to 77 and you'll still have plenty of SP's left. My lvl 32 DE has a natural 81str/79 agility/54spd and I could've easily went with more strength earlier to 77. I wish I did. I only went to 74.
After that... I'd bring agility to 77. You'll be busy with that for a while.

I say the same thing as misled. I'm doing a DE like that right now. Just pumping strength while I Intense train SPD/AGI to between 30-32 with training % as close to 99 as possible.
