We are starting over in season 12 in a LVL 13 cap league. We have missed the Playoffs only once since I took over the team in season 8. This team was my first shot at ownership and I know that I made a few mistakes that I am going to avoid this second time around. As the team owner I would like to have players that are active and will not go inactive for long stretches at a time without letting me know, in advance, why.
