The description of Monster Hit mentions making the "ball carrier" fumble... does "ball carrier" include QBs while the LB is blitzing or do you really need Big Sack SA to make QBs fumble more while blitzing?

I don't remember a Monster Hit happening with a sack, so I would say you are looking for Big Sack.

QB has to be past the line of scrimmage for it to be considered a rush play and only then can MH apply.
Big Sack is a piece of crap unless your guy averages 1-2 sacks a game. (ie. 20+ sacks a season)
