if you're going to stay at NT, probably the one with DLG...it's really up to you though

agree. Maybe try to get DLG really high, add in a couple of shed blocks after?

If you're set on being NT (which is relatively boring) then you'll want to go Run Stuffer.

You are only level 30, which is somewhat early to be throwing into your SAs.

It depends which SA's you are going to build up. Kind of pointless to buy this CE if the attributes it enhances aren't already built up.
