I have an OLB and he is a slow building player.

This is just what Im doin Train speed and agi with intense till u can 3rd soft cap ur speed.. Then go agi and tackling till you can do the same with agi.. Then do str and tacklin..

ROLB and LOLB builds usually need to be different

IMO for a LOLB

3rd cap agility
2nd cap tackling
(both get higher level gains than speed)
4th cap speed
3rd cap vision
2nd cap strength
cap confidence
cap stamina
2nd cap confidence
3rd cap strength
all equipment in speed

For a ROLB
3rd cap agility
5th or 6th cap speed
3rd cap vision
2nd cap strength
2nd cap tackling
cap stamina
cap confidence
3rd cap strength
3rd cap tackling
all equipment in speed and try to get a FS piece

For LOLB in Rage's scheme, I'd only softcap tackling before going speed and vision, then soft cap strength, then second strength and tackling. And I'd put some eq in agility, to end up with around 105 speed, 85 agility.

At what point would you 4th cap speed (for a LOLB)? Right away, or would you do at least some vision/strength first?

Since speed is only a minor, you can spend a lot of time doing other things before fourth capping it, I would try to just get 2 or 3 points in it at 4.
