Rules:
1. Hold Skill points til Day 1 of Season 12
2. No skill points in Special Abilities
3. No boosting til playoffs if you boost
4. Custom equipment is a plus but not required.
5. Stay active and Train your players.
6. Be willing to listen to build advice for Peewee
7. Boosting is a PLUS but not required!!
