i'm planning on getting him signed on a team for season 12 and i was wondering if i could get any advice on making him better or if i'm doing good.

needs more throwing and you must replace somehow two missing seasons. Retire and start again.

you played 16 games in season 9 and then let him rest S10 & S11? That's wrong.
