+2 speed, +3% INT chance

OR +1 Shutdown Corner.

Have had the INT piece for a while and haven't seen increase (actually a decrease) in INTs.

I'd still take the Shutdown piece. Lots of SAs to increase that, and the bonus to speed/agi/deflect should easily offset the speed and INT chance usefulness.
