The rest are basically lolgms because I don't like to swamp myself with duties and not put 100% effort towards a team.

Looking for a team that is already up there, or on their way up. Can do everything defensively on my own -- don't require a scout. I'll probably be weighing options and making a decision at the end of the season to allow teams to find other DC's. I'm not the type to take the best job available, I'd rather help people learn how to DC and move on IF possible. Willing to stay long term if that's what the team wants. I'm for what the team wants, not my personal self. Individual tactics and build plans/suggestions will be posted.

Also, just another note. Team level doesn't matter. I prefer 24 caps and above.

Doesn't have to be AA+.

A look into the heart of my system:

NT: Strength and more strength
DT: Balanced, a lot more elusive
RDE: Nothing but speed here. Main pass rusher in the system.
LDE: Some strength, but needs everything else. Helps in run support.
ROLB: Balanced LB. Less speed than LOLB, but more strength usually. Needs to be able to rush the passer well.
LOLB: Speed LB. Used to man cover a lot, so best pass coverage guys are here. Need to be able to cover the TE/HB/FB.
MLB: D-General, need I say more? Needs a a lot of strength/vision/tackling as well. Used to make the sure tackles and hit the HB when he comes right up the gut. Needs to be able to read plays like no other.
CB: Best man-man coverage guys here. Most of the pass defense is left up to the CBs.
SS: Used in run support, but plays some man coverage and zone coverage.
FS: Lots of man coverage, a few blitzes, and some zone.

A PM is sufficient to strike my interest. I do ask that you keep me posted if you find another DC though, so that way I no longer consider your team.

I've known cwisler since I joined (sometime in Season 5 or 6). I've been a part of some of the teams he's DC'd (currently on the Canada AA team and was on one back when only the basics of the AI were available [no DPC]).

He's a great DC and I've seen his AI and it's very sound. You know you're going to get something very good with cwisler...or at least better than the guys who joined two days ago and now guarantee you that they'll be a great DC.

cwisler was the owner of the first human team I signed with, sometime in season 5 or 6 also. He has been a really good team owner, organizer, CFO, friend, scout, etc.

The AI he has is great. I have seen it because I assist him with it.
