personally ?
i think over 100 is good but thats just me most will disagree
you dont see too many QBs with 143 in the 38 caps or uncapped
so id say 100 and above is good

send me his build if you can id like to see it and comment on it
cause my qb had the same thing but worse
he was on a uncapped team as a lvl 32 tho
first he had a 33 comp.
then a 40
then a 44 then i worked on vison and now its a 64 and last season 70 %
well also another thing is the passing tactics
if the owner has you throwing deep alot then you will go 5/10 if that , what i think is
40/50/10
short passes are good here and there, which is what i think by the way
but i like to run a 35/50/15

All stats mean basically nothing, but Passing Rating actually has some weight. Anything over 100 is pretty respectable.

80 is respectable if you play hard competition.
100+ if you're the better team more often

it depends
like if you pass for 600 yards on a cpu team all day doesnt mean your QBs good
but if you pass for 250 + on a reg. team then thats good

not really, there are some qbs that throw 90% of all passes to a HB which are high yield for completion and a couple broken tackles and the yards will be there too. Even my QB stats are skewed because a big load of passes go to the HB.

How do you get your HB to catch more of those passes?? I'm trying to utilize those screens but every time I run the screen the HB either drops the pass or once he catches it he stands there like a deer in head lights. Takes forever to get him running again.. What's the trick?

my lvl 24 qb has a 105.9 rating also has 33 TD's and 0 Int's so i think he is doing ok.

Anything over 100 is HoF stuff. But then again, this is GLB where stats are inflated. Like someone said, 100+ means you're probably on a team that's one of the best in the Conference.
My QB has a rating in the mid 80s, but he's playing in the competetive USA Pro League. He's doing well, 3 times more TD than INT, and a completion rate of 60%. Those are realistic numbers, and any QB who gets those should be content, but in GLB, 90-100 QBR is more of a good stat.

My QB finished the season at 154.2 in uncapped minors. So a pretty good season all in all. We'll see what happens next season though - that'll be a big test.
