1st off, never put any SP into Special Abilities this early. so i think you need to retire him. however, if you want to keep him, remember not to put any SP into SAs.
also, only put EQ into speed, your main attribute. now, id say use all of your SP, and dump it into speed, until it reaches 68. then, bring agility to 48.
