I started at 16 and got 3 pieces of AE that have the 3 SA's that will work. Some will say hold out and wait later for the +3 attributes, but if you can shop fast and find you 3 good pieces then you can equip all 3 between level 40-48. I figure 3 food SA pieces are better than 2 great ones.

cool I just rolled a +1 throwing +1 big boot

not ideal but I have ~45 or so bonus tokens sitting around so I bought/upgraded it.

My Level 7 Kicker had +1 STRENGTH, +1 CALM NERVES and a +1 BIG BOOT.

Kickers, and I would assume Punters, get good stuff early.
