I know Agility has to be higher, but I have 3 boosts left. All SPs will go into Agility after day 40... I dont think he is over the Top, but good average back,...

I wouldn't worry about all eq into speed. There's no real need for that at lower levels.

I think you've had some inefficiencies. Speed was third capped pretty late if it's only 69 natural at 23. Should have been >68 by level 12. Agility needs to be 3rd capped. After that, come back and fourth cap speed, before vision and carrying, and maybe he can have a good career.
