TSE, how about you start off by giving examples on your expertise and your detractors can counter. I'd start out by telling how you won the billiards/chess tourney in one day story again. Maybe that will break the ice a bit.

Strategy Tip: Create a vision and sell it

There are a thousand teams out there offering money and pitches, make sure that you have something that sets your team apart, you have to come up with something that nobody else is going to have. For me, I sold them on creating a dynasty that endeavors to be the #1 franchise of all-time because of my previous expertise in strategy and games that would put me in a position to be one step ahead of the competition. I had nothing when I started my team, but I invented this vision, and now we are fulfilling it, because I sold it aggressively and thickly and people bought into it and supported this vision.
