First thing, you have to get work on the Vision and Confidence.

Success Rate: 32%
1 Deflected Pass every 1.8 targets (53.5%)
1 Drop every 9.3 targets (10.7%)
Vision should be a at a minimum 60 and Confidence should be at around 50. After that, catching has to get to the 3rd cap and agility needs to be close to there.
