my level 48 DE doesn't produce worth a shit in WE AA so any advice I could give you may be complete crap But...

I'm not surprised at your lack of production. I'd expect one of either speed or (preferably) agility to be over 100 at this point with speed/agility natural being 75+. If it was my player, I'd move all equipment to agility and plow every single SP into speed/agility until they're near 80. Drop the monster hit AEQ as well.

For comparison purposes, my DE, with a grand total of 1 sack and 7 tackles, has w/ equipment:
Strength: 73.64
Speed: 83.64
Agility: 105.64
