He even had quite an improvement last season. Yet he has gone unsigned since he became a free agent despite multiple advertisements for even a backup job.

Anybody have an idea what the deal is? Any advice on how to train the guy going forward would be appreciated too.

Sorry trader, but I would reset him.

I agree. Throwing is way too low. My level 19 QB has almost 25 more throwing than yours with just as high strength/vision and is 5 levels lower.

This was the first player I created so mistakes were made along the way. I have tried to salvage him and thought I succeeded a bit last year since his stats were better. Obviously I was not as successful as I had hoped.

Bavemon, you mentioned resetting him while Kenshinzen said just to retire him. Is there a way to reset him without retiring him? I have unsuccessfully tried to see if there was info on this but maybe I'm not looking in the right place.

You retire him and use the flex to create him again (that's the "reset").
