Anyone who says Quick Cut is not needed, clearly doesn't have it and wouldn't know it's effectiveness however high their agility was.

my level 60 WR has 104 speed, 80 agility, with 11 Quick Cut [11First Step & 8 Spin as well], i have him running on super elusive
