I keep rolling force fumble chance AEQ. I'm aiming for D-Line General or something that would save me SP's on SA's. I'm going to have high strength and tackling so would a force fumble chance be worth it for a NT or would your advice be to keep looking for a SA piece?

I'd keep looking for something that helps you break blocks.
Can't make tackles unless you can break blocks consistently. More importantly though is breaking blocks consistently means the O-line has to re-engage you, which means they aren't engaging the cavalry (LB's and S's coming in to clean up the play).
NT is more of a selfless position than a 1 man wrecking crew position.

A good NT makes the rest of the line look good.

If you have the right build (high strength, agility, tackling, decent speed & vision) then a FF% piece as a second piece can be pretty good, especially if it's 5% with a good attribute bonus. Finding a DLG piece could take 2 or 3 seasons.
