Requirements:
* Day 31 build
* Follow Build plan exactly
* Spend skill points when directed
* Token boost when directed
* Boost when directed

Reasons to be a pug:
* Play in PW Gold
* Agents who plan on keeping their players get money bonuses throughout the season
* Very experienced Gm's
* A great group of agents you get to know
