I would recommend restarting...
But if you don't want to, move all your equipment into speed, and start training speed and agility on intense then softcap them as quickly as possible.

I know i was recently told this, but I forget again. What's "softcap"

If I delete my character, will I get the FLEX points back?

Softcap is when the skill point costs to increase your attrbite 1 point increases

When you start out 1 skill point = +1 to an attribute

Once an attribute gets past a set soft cap the amount of skill points to increase the attribute increase.

The first soft cap is 48 it takes 2 skill points = +1 to an attribute
second soft cap is 60 it takes 3 skill points to = +1 to an attribute
third soft cap is 68 it takes 4 skill points to = +1 to an attribute

And when they say restart they mean retire your player and make a new one. You'll get all the original Flex Points it cost to create the player back and 70% of all Flex spent on him back I believe...

whats the point of starting over so early in career, you have plenty of time to change the build in the career... only mistake i see is the equip in jumping

Quick question Ive got a similar WR and am confused about 1 thing; Should I not be using my SP's right now? I though I read somewhere to save those till I have 15+ and only train to raise my stats right now(SPEED/AGILITY). Is that correct or not? I have only trained intense 2x and other than that have been normal training speed. Should I not be concerned with STAM/CATCH/VISION/CONFID? <is there a minimum # I should get these to and then focus on the MAJORS?
*Would it help/hurt to adjust my TACTICS this early in my build? (ball carrying/route run/pass&run blocking)? Thx!

No, most building theories are going to ignore everything but speed and agility or agility then speed for now. You want to use the soft caps to maximize your gains when you level. So... lets say you want a fast WR. Start intense training speed and agility at level 1 and save your SPs. You want to put those SPs into, for instance speed, once your speed + SPs saved = 48 or more. At that point it would cost you 2 SPs to gain another speed. Thats how you properly cap a stat.

Typically you want to at least go to the 3rd cap on a major stat or two, IE Take speed to 48, then save SPs until you can get it to 60, then again til 68. At that point it costs you 4 SPs to gain speed, so you look to a different stat (agility) next. And then do the same. Use training to bring up other things... and anytime you get to about 28 stop tarining at that point and work on something else.

Lot of different ways to go about it... but thats the basic premises you should use and then adjust.

And do not put any points into Special abilities until you are in your mid-twenties at least.

dude your lvl 3... chill and just start pumping the points into Speed/Agility/catching that order up to 48 (soft cap)
