Ah, Jay Novacek. A player whose NFL career I myopically followed (fellow Nebraskan).
First, Speed and Agi need another cap each. So will Catching later. In that order.
This will be tough as you've closed down so many key training pairs way too early, but I think he might be salvageable. You still have Str/Jmp, Jmp/Sta, Conf/Sta, Str/Car, Car/Conf
