What is your natural speed? I don't think it needs to be in the 90s at that level.
This for the main posters advice: Getting speed to the 68 cap should be fine, although some people will tell you to go to 74 which is another option. But that won't be possible with this guy if you want him to ever be finished. Get speed and agility to 68 like Darren said.

There are players doing well in the world league now who never got speed to 77. Besides not every player is build solely for the purpose of 1-2 good seasons in the world league. There are still other ways of being effective.
