Viscount, how accurate is that leveling guide after level 38? Do the automatic gains decline after, say, level 46 or are they constant, like the wiki suggests?

I think it's constant, although to be honest I haven't paid any attention to the level up bonuses on my higher level players so I can't say for sure.
