Alright, we had a decent turnout for the 1st poll, hopefully the people who missed it will be around for it next time. The new system worked great for me, saved a lot of time tallying and made things much easier overall, and hopefully the contributors feel the same way.
Quick note about the Good/Bad Results line, it's not going to be as cut and dry as "a win is good, a loss is bad" but more along the lines of: Staying close to a team much better than you = Good Result, Not blowing out a team much worse than you = Bad Result. That part is all my opinion, so don't take it too seriously.
