Not really looking for advice to make him better as this wil be his last season more of less just looking for a Final Grade on How People feel i did With him.He was originally built to be a Speed guy But i wanted to vary him up from the others since thats where everyone was going with there guys In the early seasons so i turned him into more of a Physical YAC/TD Scoring threat.Anyway How does everyoen feel the finished Build is?Letter grade or 1-10 Scale Either or.Also how would you have gone Differentally For this type of Reciver?

Since he was a YAC guy you shuda had more Carrying.

I'd say an 8 you did very good imo

As a YAC Receiver? 5/10

Overall? 7.5

YAC receivers would need more strength/carrying/agility, sacrificing jumping and a few of the possession receiver SA's.

The only thing I would have done would be taking catching to 74 to gold bar your scouting report on receiving. I have almost the same build as you with the exception of Carrying & Strength. Our Scouting bars are identical.

The build is not finished yet.

Need to 3rd cap vision and get confidence to at least 50.

The best way to rate your receiver is by production and his production is average at best. Let me show you.

Season 10
Targets: 89
Receptions: 62
Deflected Passes: 25
Drops: 3
Success Rate: 70%
1 Deflected Pass every 3.5 targets (28%)
1 Drop every 29.6 targets (3.3%)

This is about average production for a starting WR in GLB. You've fallen off the mark thus far this season through your current games played.

Targets: 50
Receptions: 28
Deflected Passes: 23
Drops: 3
Success Rate: 56%
1 Deflected Pass every 2.1 targets (46%)
1 Drop every 16.6 targets (6%)

The amount of dropped passes are acceptable. By increasing vision and confidence your receiver will be better equipped to go up and get the ball in traffic resulting in more receptions.

What do you have for VAs?

Ball Hawk: 15
Go To Guy: 6
Quick Feet: 15
Red Zone Freak: 4
Slippery: 15

i was going to get rid of Go to guy i had last season becase my WR outleveled all the others by 10 levels so i added some in but with the new reset point thing i didnt have enough to get rid of it all as i also got rid of a few in the Red zone freak Category for the Quick feet but am buildign that back up now

I'm not a big fan of Ball Hawk or Quick Feet. Ball Hawk only triggers after the receiver sees the ball so it might work well for underthrown or overthrown passes. But that doesn't happen too often. Ball Hawk is very good for safeties though.

SAs for receivers just aren't that good. With my receiver, I only put points into Route Run, Sticky Hands, First Step and Quick Cut, so I really didn't and still don't see a need for Quick Feet.

Not a big fan of Go To Guy either. If your receiver is dominant, and from what I'm seeing he is not at this point, then just have the QB make your receiver the #1 choice. Otherwise Go To Guy for a player that's not dominant is more of a detriment.

Red Zone Freak is alright if you're willing to put 15 points into it to get a mere 5% bonus that will only has a chance to trigger within the 20 yard lines. Not a fan of it.

I do like Slippery because it turns on after you catch the ball.

I also like VAs that improve catching ability. Like Sure Hands. You get a 75% to get a second roll if you miss the first catch roll. This is always active and if you have a high catching attribute, you're not going to miss many on that second roll. I think and I could be wrong here, this gives you a greater percentage to catch deflected passes.

Now if you've capped catching to the 3rd cap, take a look at Soft Hands. Doesn't seem like much, but at the 3rd cap it with 15 points in it, you gain 5+ points to the catching attribute. And that's on all the time. With the reconfiguration done a few seasons ago on the attribute VAs, in my opinion, the only time to use them is when you have reached a 3rd cap on an attribute.

How about AE? Have any of that? For WRs I tend to avoid AEs that have a stand alone SA. I like the % Chance to Catch though. That's on all the time too and if it can be coupled with an SA, that's pretty golden.

One doesn't need to have a super fast WR, it's the intangibles that count. Confidence is sorely undervalued.

yes i have 3rd capped catching it is at 68 right now.Really im very disapointed with his play so far i thought he would have done alot better as to this point as he is on a decent team the teams he has been on in the past have never really been that great with the exception of 1 or 2 seasons.Last season i was very happy with him as he finally performed the way i wanted him to with his build because i wanted him to be a YAC/TD player he scored 17 times.I was expecting him to get around that number this season and maybe do a littl ebetter in the yardage category with the Quick Feet SA.

All in all, I would reconfigure the VA (when the opportunity comes again) to skills that help your player catch the ball.

I would also get Vision to the 3rd cap and Confidence to over 50. I think once you do that you're going to see an improvement in your receiver.

I will be retiring him after this season as he will reacj the 400 day old mark in a few days so this is pretty much his finished build i will level 1 more time before my XP platues and they will probaly all go to either vision or confidence

A on the attributes...F on the SA's...having a couple of points in each is a waste, they only really get good after about 7, you don't have any of those and a bunch of 2's and 3's..which is a waste.

A lvl 60 should dominate in EEUR AA...but he's just average, below average cuz of that. He's also hella short and fat...so that's not helping your cause. It's just hindering his speed (a little) and alot of that jump is wasted.

You should have just made him into a 70 strength, 100 speed/70 agility guy with no SA's probably.

That was actually my first plan to do with him but i had heard so many bad things about strength on WR i decided to just go first cap and see how it went so i didnt end up wasting a bunch of SP into it.Yeah i found out about SA stuff last season but figured i might as well not even bother now as he is going to be retired soon ut i will defeintly remeber this stuff for my Next WR

For a season 1 build, I'd give him a 7.5-----an 8 if his Agility would have been a bit higher.
