I think maybe went to high on speed. I know it sounds funny, but you still need to get agility over 70, vision over 48, carrying over 60, conf to 48 or so. Once you do all that he will be pretty sick, but it's going to take about 4 or 5 seasons to get there.

Keep your build plan; building is not a race. Your build will be complete by the time he is lvl 45-50 maybe earlier. He will be fine.

pretty much how I built mine so far, minus the SAs. need to start training vision or carrying up so it can be capped though.
