Any suggestions on which to build equipment?

1. + 3 speed
2. +2 speed and + 1 Sticky Hands SA
3. neither, retire and take up crochet.
4. Look for different equipment

I have a natural 76.26 in speed (110.26)
and 4 in sticky hands

I would go with the +2 speed and +1 sticky hands SA
