I just started a blocking fullback, gonna aim for 68 str, 68 blk, 74 agil, and 68 speed. But what should the equipment be in? All agility or half speed/agility.

Personally, I would take speed to 80 with EQ. After that, split the rest between strength and agility. As long as you have outside blocker at 15, you should be able to get in front of the speed backs np.
85 agility (107 with outside blocker)
80 strength
80 speed (100 with outside blocker)
70 blocking (90 with outside blocker)
60/68 vision (78/86 with outside blocker)
Not too shabby for a blocking build IMHO.
