I dropped OC'ing a couple of teams this year due to their inactivity so I have time to take on one more team. I have been OC'ing since Season 2 or 3 and I think I have won something like 10 fake trophy icons as OC for some teams.
I primary run a split offense and don't overly focus on run or pass, though I prefer the team to have a good tight end on the roster. I have a good AI that I tweak for certain games and post on the boards as well.
Typically, I don't post game to game tactics: I think it wears people out. So instead I set tactics early in the season and only change if we are doing something out of the ordinary.
I don't ask a lot...I would want to set the depth chart and call the plays, but I am cool if you are an active owner and want to make some decisions. Hell, it's your flex points paying for the team!
