I've been searching high and low for somebody to help me out with my team in some capacity. The hires that I made last season were effective but I'm looking for more - as in I'd like to remain competitive as we move through the cap clouds. I'm a defensive guy who is enamored with offense so it's been okay so far. I want to find somebody experienced and dedicated enough to provide REAL assistance as my real life gets a bit busier come the school year.
